This machine has a bright screen! Is everyone sick of these by now? That’s too bad because there are 24 more to go!

It’s all about dedication and building up a ritual. Up to now I’ve been doing all cardio to get down to a certain weight. After almost a week I am within 5 pounds of that goal. I contribute most of the weight loss to eating less sodium and the loss of mostly water weight this past weekend due to the bug I caught.

I’ll let you in on another secret. I’ve been reading a really good book while working on the cardio machines and the book is the main reason why I have been doing all cardio. The other machines don’t have a place for my iPad! I’ll fill you in on the title of the book later.
